Terms of Agreement: Membership to The Queens Way

This is an Agreement between you, hereinafter referred to as “you” or “Member,” and Kimberly Spencer and Crown Yourself Enterprises, hereinafter referred to as "Provider," “We” or “Us.” This Agreement commences when you enroll in the The Queens Way Group Coaching Program and continues until termination is made in accordance with these terms.

By following the joining process at www.CrownYourself.com to become a Member of a The Queens Way Group Coaching Program, you are accepting the terms and conditions in this Membership Agreement. Your membership to The Queens Way Group Coaching program will start immediately from the time you accept the terms and pay your initial membership fee and monthly fee.

NO.1 - PROGRAM + PURCHASE DETAILS

Program Overview

The following are the main components of The Queens Way Group Coaching Program:

Members who purchase the The Queens Way Group Coaching Program will be invited to weekly group coaching calls and group “club hours” via the secret Facebook Group, where you will have the opportunity to get clarification on the exercises and ask questions pertinent to your personal situation.
Members who purchase the The Queens Way Group Coaching Program will also be invited to participate in monthly live courses, and monthly guest expert coaching calls.
Instructions on how to participate will be sent to the Member's email address that she used to register for the Program.
Sessions are customized and include a variety of unconscious reconditioning techniques. There may or may not be conventional hypnotherapy during any given session; however, various forms of conversational hypnosis, NLP, and other relevant modalities will be employed to achieve the desired result.

We will make reasonable endeavors to communicate to you in advance if we are unable to make available to you the rights and privileges of Membership.

Only the Member, the person named in the online joining process can benefit from this Agreement.

NO.2 - COACHING EVENTS

All coaching calls, Facebook group “clubhouse hours,” and guest expert calls, hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Events” are pre-scheduled. Members will be notified in advance about Events via the Membership Calendar and via email. Events are subject to change without notification and it is the Member’s sole responsibility to check to confirm Event dates and times. While Events are available for use by the Member’s choosing, it is a use it or loose it system.

NO. 3 - MATURE CONTENT

During our Program, we often discuss several adult topics relating to personal and professional growth. We will also occasionally use adult or profane language to emphasize a point (although we will never be lewd, and we will always use tact and discretion in doing so). Participants who are uncomfortable with such topics or language should not participate in the Program.

Member agrees she is age eighteen (18) years or older.

NO. 4 - CONFIDENTIALITY + NON-COMPETE

Member hereby understands that the tools, processes, strategies, materials and information presented in the Program are confidential, copyrighted, and proprietary to the Provider. Member agrees not to record, duplicate, distribute, teach or train from the Program materials in any manner whatsoever without the express written permission of Provider. Any unauthorized use or distribution of these proprietary concepts, materials, and intellectual property by you or your representatives is prohibited and Provider will pursue legal action and full damages if these terms are violated in order to protect its rights.

NO.5 - PAYMENT + FEES

Member agrees to pay Provider the applicable Group Membership Fee and, if applicable, the Membership Activation Fee, upon joining Member permits ongoing direct debit or credit card charges to the account specified to be charged every month for The Queens Way Group Coaching Program (charged as Crown Yourself Enterprises). Member agrees that the first Group Membership payment is due upon joining and for each subsequent 1-month periods commencing from Member’s “join” date. Member agrees to pay the Group Membership Fee whether or not there is any temporary interruption in the Member’s use of the services during the period. Member agrees to maintain a currently activated debit or credit card for payment processing, and agrees to tell Provider immediately of any changes to her personal details including contact information and payment method.

Failure of Payment

If any payment due from the Member is not honored, Member will be notified that her Group Membership has been terminated within 5 days, due to non-payment. Member can reinstate the Group Membership within 5 days of the initial notification by providing updated debit or credit card account information for payment processing. Should the Member’s Group Membership lapse after five days, and Member would like to reinstate her Membership, she must re-submit an Application for Membership as well as pay the Membership Activation Fee again.

NO. 6 - Third Party Sites

Throughout the Site, we may provide links and pointers to Internet sites maintained by third parties, including the secret Facebook group for The Queens Way (http://www.facebook.com/groups/thequeensway). Our linking to such third party sites does not imply an endorsement or sponsorship of such sites, or the information, products or services offered on or through the sites. In addition, neither we nor affiliates operate or control in any respect any information, products or services that third parties may provide on or through the Site or on websites linked to by us on the Site. If applicable, any options, advice, statements, services, offers, or other information or consent expressed or made available by third parties, including information providers, are those of the respective authors or distributors, and not Crown Yourself Enterprises or the Site. Neither Crown Yourself Enterprises, the Site, nor any third-party provider of information guarantees the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content. Furthermore, Crown Yourself Enterprises neither endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy and reliability of any opinion, idea, advice, or statement made on any portion of the Site by anyone other than an authorized Crown Yourself Enterprises representative while acting in his/her official capacity.

NO. 7 - ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Private Coaching Sessions and "additional services" do not form part of this Agreement. Any "additional services" (including, for example, private coaching sessions) which you contract for or agree to pay for, do not form part of your Group Membership Agreement and the Terms & Conditions of this Agreement will not apply to them. You should be aware that if you enter into any agreement for "additional services", you are entering into an agreement under separate Terms & Conditions defined by those specific services.

NO. 8 - CANCELLATION POLICY

Client can cancel monthly membership in The Queens Way Group Coaching Program program anytime with a 24-hour notice during the working days/48-hour notice on the weekends.

Simply email us at info@CrownYourself.com and provide your Name, Address, and Phone Number. We will cancel your membership and suspend payment processing. In case of dispute, you must show that you cancelled the Agreement in accordance with the cancellation terms.

When cancelled, Client won't be charged the next payment but won't be refunded what Client has paid already.

NO.9 - REFUND POLICY

Refunds will not be provided for services not used during a given month or package term, including, but not limited to unattended Events and/or Events in which your question, challenge, concern or struggle was unable to be addressed by the Provider. In addition, should Client cancel, per the Cancelation policy above, Provider will cancel Client's membership and suspend any further payment processing, but Client won't be refunded what Client has paid already.

NO. 10 - TERMINATION

Provider may terminate this Agreement and cancel your Membership with immediate effect on notice if a) you do not pay any applicable Group Membership amount when it is due, b) you consistently breach any of the Group Membership Rules outlined by your coach, causing an unpleasant and/or negative experience for other group members, with no refund.

NO. 11 - updates

These Terms are subject to change at any time and at the sole discretion of the Promoter. Please visit the site regularly for updates. If any of If any of the terms of this Agreement are invalid, unenforceable or illegal the remaining terms can still be enforced.

NO.12 - GOVERNING LAW

This agreement and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
