How to Shift Your Money Mindset from Scarcity to Abundance

How to Shift Your Money Mindset from Scarcity to Abundance

Ever feel like there’s never enough money? I used to as well. Back when I first started my business I was stuck in a paradigm of “never enough.” “Never enough money.” “Never enough time.” Pure scarcity. As I started to tweak and hone my mindset, reshaping and reframing these beliefs. Money is all around you. It’s in the phone you hold in your hand. It’s the laptop you work on. It’s the person. It’s the coffee shop itself. Shift your mindset and tap into your reign. Click to read the full blogspiration.

Receive love ❤️

I haven’t had words and literally lost my voice these past couple of days. When I went to get a massage to at least help my body out (you can do that here in Australia 🇦🇺), my massage therapist left this note.As the receptionist who lives in my building guided me out, she said, “I love you.”And every time, I just let it sink in through my tears.Because I don’t know if my dad ever really did.He could say it, and he could give it. Many times it was from a cup with only a few drops of love left for himself. And he gave so much of his love. He genuinely loooooved people.Discover love and tap into your reign. You CAN'T steal this.

It boggles my mind when I see this come up in business - stealing customers. Gasp! Oh no, say it ain’t so! And not in a “How could someone do that to someone else?” No, no, no… It’s in a “how can someone think it’s even possible to “steal” a client?” Like, do you own them? Are you their master? And are they your slave? Because dear Lord, if we head down that road, we’re headed for trouble. Discover a mindset of abundance and tap into your reign. Click to read the full blogspiration.

I was watching a documentary on Freud as I had my lunch. It was a day when Decky was in Pre-K and Spike was at the gym, so I could watch what others would call in my house “boring docuseries” or things that aren’t really appropriate for a three-year-old. Freud’s influence on modern culture is undeniable - from how we think about sex to how we think about ourselves. And while I’m more of a Jungian gal myself, when you think of psychoanalysis, it’s Freud who culturally first comes to mind. But, on the show, it was hypothesized Freud’s work was in part the catalyst to spark our current culture of narcissism filled with selfies, look-at-me-posting, and pictures of lunches.
