I will let you know, this episode will not make everyone happy. There may be some pushback from your ego (check it before she wrecks it). And that is good. For one, it’s my enneagram 8, the loving challenger come out, and for two, this is meant to grow you and stretch you. If you are a coach and you CAN’T answer these questions, please invest in yourself, get a coach, so you can live in alignment with who you desire to be in the world so you can serve more people. And, if you’re looking to get a coach, be bold and ASK these questions, any good coach should be able to answer these happily and with ease.
This episode was inspired by several calls I had with clients who had invested in coaches with little to no payoff or transformation. After hearing from these clients, and observing a common trend in the industry, I felt compelled to address it. While, this was recorded nearly a year ago, those investments I made in myself and my business in early 2019 in coaching paid of...like 389%!
Yes, last year Crown Yourself Enterprises LLC grew in gross profits 389% in ONE YEAR. And it’s only getting better from there.
That is what I attribute to the power of coaching.
Yes, coaching is an investment, and it can have MASSIVE PAYOFF (just listen to Ep.30 with Tirzah Shirai, founder of Blinkbar on how coaching helped her). The key is to work with the RIGHT person for you, who is aligned with your values and leads with consciousness.
And, it’s also for any person who’s thinking of becoming a coach. I hope this episode serves to guide you with a few questions you can ask yourself when you’re questioning how much you should charge, what your value is, and how to keep improving and up-leveling your value (like the badass you are).

Who is coaching them?
What is the coach’s process?
