Hi, I’m Kimberly Spencer, and I’ve been addicted to doing. I’m a do-er. Most of the people I work with are do-ers. In fact, it’s hard to get us to NOT do. There is always something to-do. A neverending to-do list of “shoulds” and “supposed to’s.” To be honest, we LOVE the hustle, the thrill of rising into a challenge, the testing of our limits to see just how hard we can push ourselves. Bad Pain vs. Good Pain
Oh it hurts so good - you know the feeling - when you’re totally crushing it in the gym. You push that extra mile. You do that ONE, LAST rep. You do 10X more sit ups because you’re just in the freaking zone. That is what we call good pain. Good pain comes from growth. It comes from that depth of soul, of your personal power, when you lean courageously in to go that extra mile. And it doesn’t just show up in the gym. I see it all the time in my client’s businesses. ALIGNMENT CHECK IN TO GO FOR THE GOLD
In honor of being nominated for “Best of the Best” for the Erin Strayer show, I was thinking of what I could do that would totally celebrate with you! Like I want to give you the greatest gift, more than any other sugar daddy on Instagram has ever offered me ;) (Oh yeah, even while pregnant that stuff still happens.) We had some other plans in the pipeline - but I was just...struggling...to...get...started. Whenever that happens, I know there is a massive alignment check. Either it’s the offer. Or the product. Or me. I explore all avenues. On my Queen Team meeting this week with our Members’ Manager, Marie, it hit me. It was the offer and the product. What I had planned on putting out this week for you, just didn’t ring Christmas cheer - especially after the year we’ve all had. Discover your transformation and tap into your reign. That’s okay.”Didn’t complete or, heck, even start that project that’s you KNOW you need to do?BOSS: “You know what...it’s not THAT important. You can always get to it next week. Here’s a bottle of wine. Take the weekend off. You tried hard.”Heck no!Your BOSS would be fired by THEIR boss...who would then fire you.Discover your personal standards and tap into your reign.
