If you’ve ever been called “too much.”

If you’ve ever been called “too much.”

A lot of times when people call us names or say things like you’re “too much” or “too bold” or are selfish for wanting more, or you’re stupid for being into whatever it is that lights you up...I want you to know this from the bottom of my heart... How to Never Doubt Yourself Again

I have a belief. I’ll warn you…it’s quite controversial. You see, I used to have this desperate, dire fear of being wrong. GASP! NO! Say it isn’t so! Bad Pain vs. Good Pain

Bad Pain vs. Good Pain

Oh it hurts so good - you know the feeling - when you’re totally crushing it in the gym. You push that extra mile. You do that ONE, LAST rep. You do 10X more sit ups because you’re just in the freaking zone. That is what we call good pain. Good pain comes from growth. It comes from that depth of soul, of your personal power, when you lean courageously in to go that extra mile. And it doesn’t just show up in the gym. I see it all the time in my client’s businesses. TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE NEW YEAR

TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE NEW YEAR

Yeah, I know I normally write some fancy pants thing that sparks inspiration, wonder, merriment or challenges the soul, but today, tonight especially, I decided to bring some levity and light as we enter into 2021. 2020 has been a year of growth and expansion for all of us. This week alone has been a final stretch of growth for me personally in all ways. If nothing else, 2020 has taught me to ENJOY your work, your life, your family, your friends, and not take everything so freaking seriously. Because, in the end, it is the moments of both joy and courage that we seized and the moments of joy and courage that we missed that we remember the most. You’re not broken (you never were.)

You’re not broken (you never were.)

In case you needed to hear this today… You are NOT broken. This was one of the most profound, transformational breakthroughs I had. And when it sunk into my soul back in 2016, it stuck...for good. It is the BELIEF that you are broken, or even could be broken that is 100% plagiarized. Just because you’re growing. Just because you’re choosing to create a new reality doesn’t mean that the old one was broken. Ever. Discover your growth and tap into your reign. Click to read the full blogspiration.

ALIGNMENT CHECK IN TO GO FOR THE GOLD

ALIGNMENT CHECK IN TO GO FOR THE GOLD

In honor of being nominated for “Best of the Best” for the Erin Strayer show, I was thinking of what I could do that would totally celebrate with you! Like I want to give you the greatest gift, more than any other sugar daddy on Instagram has ever offered me ;) (Oh yeah, even while pregnant that stuff still happens.) We had some other plans in the pipeline - but I was just...struggling...to...get...started. Whenever that happens, I know there is a massive alignment check. Either it’s the offer. Or the product. Or me. I explore all avenues. On my Queen Team meeting this week with our Members’ Manager, Marie, it hit me. It was the offer and the product. What I had planned on putting out this week for you, just didn’t ring Christmas cheer - especially after the year we’ve all had. Discover your transformation and tap into your reign. How to Lead Your Business with Faith and Vision

Two years ago, I did an interview on the Erin Strayer Show. 2020: The Year of Doubling

2020: The Year of Doubling

It was two weeks ago, I was sitting at the kitchen table of our AirBnB, pulling document after document of proof of my income to show to the rental company for our new place. I even needed a letter from my accountant stating the growth of my company. FYI, Australia doesn’t mess around when it comes to proving you can pay your bills. As I was reviewing my numbers, it was then that it hit me… “Holy shit...I did it!” I leapt up from my chair and ran into Spike. “I did it!” We doubled our income this year. We doubled our profit this year. Discover your growth and tap into your reign. Click to read the full blogspiration.

Connect Deeper this Season

Connect Deeper this Season

For the first time in 2 years, I chose to NOT do like the rest of the world.Every year over Thanksgiving in the past, I have been glued to my computer frantically creating content and a Black Friday/Cyber Monday offer that, frankly, never really was in alignment, to begin with.I’ll be honest. I created a lot of them out of a “scarcity mindset” - and I learned a hard lesson when you do that. They sold a whopping zero. Two years in a row.Yes, one year selling zero is a fluke. Two is a pattern. So this year, between moving into our new place - an actual apartment not an AirBnB - and jumping through all the hoops that went into that...It just didn’t feel aligned to throw out some bundle that wasn’t 100% from a place of service, trust, and faith. No one needs more stuff right now.Discover your connections and tap into your reign. Lose Yourself to Gain Everything.

Lose Yourself to Gain Everything.

Confession time: Eminem has helped unlock my soul since 2009. To this day, Lose Yourself still gives me chills. It is a song that when it comes on, the volume goes all the way up, and suddenly this Fire Rabbit (if you’re familiar with Chinese astrology and a proper double entendre with Eminem’s character in 8 Mile) comes out. She is fierce. She is driven. She is freaking powerful. Ever have a song that taps you into who you KNOW you are and can be at your soul? Discover your courage and tap into your reign. You CAN'T steal this.

You CAN'T steal this.

It boggles my mind when I see this come up in business - stealing customers. Gasp! Oh no, say it ain’t so! And not in a “How could someone do that to someone else?” No, no, no… It’s in a “how can someone think it’s even possible to “steal” a client?” Like, do you own them? Are you their master? And are they your slave? Because dear Lord, if we head down that road, we’re headed for trouble. Discover a mindset of abundance and tap into your reign. Click to read the full blogspiration.

How is Your Selfie of Service to the World

How is Your Selfie of Service to the World

I was watching a documentary on Freud as I had my lunch. It was a day when Decky was in Pre-K and Spike was at the gym, so I could watch what others would call in my house “boring docuseries” or things that aren’t really appropriate for a three-year-old. Freud’s influence on modern culture is undeniable - from how we think about sex to how we think about ourselves. And while I’m more of a Jungian gal myself, when you think of psychoanalysis, it’s Freud who culturally first comes to mind. But, on the show, it was hypothesized Freud’s work was in part the catalyst to spark our current culture of narcissism filled with selfies, look-at-me-posting, and pictures of lunches.
